Terms and Conditions
These terms explain who may join GVN, what membership includes, what we expect from Members, and the limits of our responsibility. Please read them with our Privacy Policy before you apply.

1. About these terms
The GVN portal is operated by Goswami Vagishkumar Networking LLP, Dwarkadhish Mandir, Nicho Bhatvado, Mehsana, Gujarat ("GVN", "we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who applies for membership, holds an Account, or uses the portal ("you").
By ticking the consent box on the application form, or by using the portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not apply or use the portal.
2. Who may apply
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement under Indian law.
- Your business must hold a valid GSTIN or trade licence. Growth and Leadership plans also require annual turnover above the plan's published threshold, supported by audited statements or a signed CA certificate.
- You may hold only one Account and one open Application at a time. An Account that holds a District, Zone, State or National leadership role cannot also hold a Membership.
3. Applications and approval
- Everything you submit, including business details and evidence documents, must be true, complete and your own to share.
- Your District reviews each Application. It may ask for clarification, approve, reject, or transfer the Application to the right District. Submitting an Application does not guarantee approval.
- Approval reserves a place in a Group for a limited period while you make the membership payment. Membership starts only after the payment is verified and a Group is assigned.
- If we later find that information you gave was false or misleading, we may reject the Application or end the Membership.
4. Membership contribution and renewal
- Each plan has a yearly contribution shown on the application form. Payment is currently made by bank transfer or UPI and checked by hand by your District.
- Membership runs for one year from activation. Renewal keeps the same anniversary date.
- If you do not renew on time, your membership may lapse after the grace period and can be reinstated under the rules shown in the portal.
- A change of plan takes effect from the start of the next membership year.
5. Your Account
- Keep your password private and do not let anyone else use your Account. You are responsible for activity under your Account.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your Account.
- Keep your email address, mobile number and business details up to date.
6. How Members must behave

7. Business Leads, Opportunities and dealings between Members
- GVN helps Members find and introduce business. It is not a party to any deal, quotation, order or payment between Members or with outside parties.

8. Guidance, Advisors and jobs
- Advisors are Members who volunteer their experience. Their guidance is general help, not professional legal, tax, financial or medical advice.
